Terms and Conditions Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions What does the Best Price Guarantee mean? In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on another Belgian based website, within 24 hours of reservation of your stay in a Belgian hotel, Hotels.be will refund you the difference. When is the Best Price Guarantee available? The Best Price Guarantee is available only when you book an identical stay at a lower rate. In other words, the same room type, in the same hotel, for the same dates with the same services included. The hotel stay may not be part of a hotel or all –in travel package. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to: Prices including VAT and service charges. Prices of hotels situated in Belgium , both advertised and available to the general public on a Belgian based website. Price differences more than 3 € on the total price. The Best Price Guarantee is not available in the following cases: Rates offered on a membership program website Discounts or rates offered to groups and companies Prices obtained via auction or similar process Prices only available by using a coupon not offered to the general public Lower rates may not come from a website where rates are obtained upon demand or from an email that you received. 3. How can you be refunded? All requests for refund are subject to verification by Hotels.be. Screenshots and other presented evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by the Hotels.be personnel will not be accepted. Hotels.be will also not accept refunds where the difference in price is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. To claim your refund, the customer service of Hotels.be will instruct you to mail a copy of your hotel receipt within 30 days after you have completed your hotel stay. The price difference will then be wired to your account within the next 15 days. 4. Changes: Hotels.be reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you. |
