Carbon hotel is the 6th most common element in the universe and an integral building block in The Chemistry of Life. In Genk, it's more than just the foundation of organic science; it's a striking and sophisticated Design hotel, offering a full range of facilities and services under one roof. The 60 Carbon Style rooms all have a stunning view of the roof garden.
Conveniently near the main E314 highway, charming cities such as Maastricht, just over the border, are easily accessed or avoided if desired. The direct surroundings and nearby woods offer plenty of opportunities for peaceful walks and relaxed bike rides.
CARBON Sense (Spa lounge)
The top floor of the Carbon hotel is the place to re-source in complete harmony in a space of 700 m². Total attention is paid here to bring the body in balance again and to be totally relaxed. It is, in a sense, a place where ambitions can become reality.
The TREAT-zone at CARBON Sense has six treatment rooms: two duo rooms, a shiatsu room, 3 individual treatment rooms with each a separate seating area for a quiet discussion about the treatment with the wellness coach. Facial and body treatments, relaxing massages, hot-stone massages, Thai massage, shirodara, body work (Shiatsu, Crano, Facia, CNT ),purification sessions....many treatments are possible.
The 'Badhuis' (literally bath house) has two different saunas: one Finnish at 65 °C and one at 90 °C, an authentic Turkish hammam, a steambath, foot baths, experience showers and baths, a treatment room for scrubs, peelings, packs and Ottoman soap massages.
The 'Badhuis' is open every day from 10h00 until 22h00. ! Note: Carbon Sense has adjunsting openinghours during the Holidays and is closed on January 1st.
