Hotel catastrophique : matelas défoncé, propreté douteuse, clim en panne, personnel incapable de rouvrir ma chambre 10 minutes après le check out en moins de 45 minutes, alors que nous avions oublié une veste dans la chambre, personnel à l''accueil pas aimable non plus. ... nous avons exigé le remboursement par mail mais n''avons jamais eu de réponse, un comble!

My room was definitely small, old and smelly. Wallpaper was not clean at all, neither was the bathroom. Furniture is old. Temperature in the room was too hot and there''s no air conditionning. Room for breakfast was much too warm as well, altough the food was OK and varied. Fresh fruit also, great.

la qualité des chambres devient désuet, pour un 4 etoiles on s''attendez a un niveau de confort plus élevé . la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionné pas . le mirroir de la salle de bain n''avait pas était nettoyé depuis longtemps ( encore avec des traces de maquillages) la clé d''acces de la chambre avait beaucoup de mal à fonctionner...

Having availability of Internet in the rooms (even if charged, but then should be reasonable). I was amazed to be in the capital of Europe in a four star hotel, with lots of business rooms but connectivity to internet only in part of grounf floor

I think the hotel needs to be modernised. Some furniture and carpets in the room seemed very old. It was comfortable though.
